Ordering terms and conditions / return policy

Dispatch

The DISPATCH time is when the item will leave our warehouse Dispatch time.

Your goods will be dispatched by royal mail first class service on the next calendar working day from the date we receive the order. Please note that there is no dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Although we try to maintain the above dispatch time in few cases it might not be possible due to lack of raw material or other conditions beyond our control (postal strike, natural calamity etc) in that case, you will be informed and it is entirely on your discretion to wait for the delivery or roll back your order for complete refund.

Delivery

The DELIVERY time is when the item is received by the customer

Delivery time

All items are dispatched by royal mail first class and official delivery time for royal mail first class is 1-3 working days. Please note that this not a guaranteed service and in peak period (Christmas, new year) it can as well take more then 2 weeks for delivery.

Delayed deliveries

Any item that is not received within five working days (8 working days for non-UK deliveries) from the date of dispatch (excluding the date of dispatch) we consider it as delayed delivery and advice our customer to inform us using e-mail or phone and your order will be re dispatched within 2 working days, meanwhile if you do receive 2 items due to our re dispatch and postal delays, we request you to return one.

Return policy

Cooling-off Period- By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products provided that they are returned to us.

Apart from the above we understand that you might want to return the product due to perceived quality issue and therefore we provide 14 days return guarantee for all our products from the date of delivery.

Refund policy

Unlike other web sellers we will completely refund your money including the shipping cost in case you are not satisfied with the product. For refund you should send us all the items that you received from us by post and the posting date for the return should fall within the 14 days time limit for the day of receiving the item. Once we receive the return we will issue complete refund to your card. Please obtain a proof of posting while returning an item as we may need the same in case we do not receive the item within 7 days of your posting
